Happy New Year everyone!
Wanted to share a quick little post about the best steak I’ve ever made(maybe it was because I was so damn hungry but…🤔)!
It was so easy, so quick, and soooooo GOOD.
After a workout you need to rebuild those muscles so keep that in mind this year when you get on your fitness grind 😉. I had just gotten home and even before finishing in the gym i knew it was a steak day. So here we go!
Recipe:
2 4oz sirloin filets (I typically use Omaha Steaks)
A tablespoon or so of each: onion powder, garlic powder, and ground ginger(a little less of the ginger because it gives the flavor a kick!)
2 tablespoons or more of Worcestershire sauce
Some coconut oil to cook it in
….. that’s it!
Steps:
Marinate the meat for 20-30 minutes
Heat up the skillet to a medium high
Throw those bad boys on there and cook for 3-4 mins on each side for a nice, pink, medium center.
HOW EASY IS THAT!?
I heated up some white rice and sliced a half of an avocado to accompany the protein. So, effing, good. I’m happy, satisfied and totally laying in my bed right now as I type this, ha!
