Honey-Soy Glazed Baked Salmon

I’ve been wanting a solid honey-soy baked salmon, so I made it myself! Here are a few simple ingredients and a few simple steps to enjoy a healthy meal. #treatyoself

Wild Sockeye Salmon

Ingredients:

1.5 lbs salmon

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce

1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar(I used normal, unseasoned)

1 tablespoon sesame oil

3 garlic cloves-minced

A 1inch chunk of fresh ginger, minced(you can grate it also)

Simple steps:

preheat oven to 375°, then mix all of your other ingredients in a bowl(honey, low sodium soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, garlic cloves.

Line a baking sheet with foil. Now place the piece of salmon in the middle of foil, drizzle/spoon the honey-soy mix over the salmon, finishing by enclosing the salmon in the foil and placing it in the oven to bake for 15-20 minutes. Finally, broil for 2-3 minutes with foil open.
